Any referral sent by you or your team that is approved and paid out by one of Nook’s banking partners is eligible for commission.

Once you’re logged in, click ASSETS on the left-hand side of your screen to get your unique affiliate referral link.

The banners, images, and texts can all be downloaded from the ASSETS tab.

Update your payout method by clicking on your profile image on the lower left side of the dashboard. Then click PAYOUT METHOD. Click ADD to choose your preferred payout method.

Your commission will be equivalent to 20% of the fee given by the bank, less applicable taxes, for all home loan borrowers referred to Nook from your affiliate link.  

You also earn 4% commission on any payouts to affiliates you recruited (level 1 affiliates).  Plus 3% on payouts to your level 2 affiliates.  2% on payouts to your Level 3 affiliates.  And finally, 1% on payouts to your level 4 affiliates

Payouts are typically in the first week of the succeeding month when their referral’s home loan is released by our banking partner.

There is no minimum amount and no capping on the commission. This means that the more you share your unique links, the higher your possible commission may be.  The more home loan borrowers you find and the more new affiliates you recruit to your team, the higher your earning capacity.

Definitely! Refer your friends and family to become an affiliate and you will earn commission from their home loan referrals as well.

Approval usually takes somewhere between 10 to 30 days. Release of loans take somewhere between 21 to 60 days.
